We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

You expressly understand and agree that Charmed Arts shall not be liable for any direct or damages resulting from: (i) malicious software downloaded (ii) unauthorized access to your member data (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Charmed Arts. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to "report post" immediately. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Charmed Arts to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, malicious software, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law, also, you will post your own creations and not claim other's works as yours. We do not condone rippers. We reverve the right to keep any proof necessary about people who have been found ripping others works and are not liable to any requests to delete any evidence. It is our right and we will stand by it.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material such as Deviant Art material, unless the copyright is owned by you or by Charmed Arts or you have a written note from the creator allowing you use of such material. Also agree to not advertise other sites here and abide by the board rules.

The owners of Charmed Arts reserve the right to remove, edit, move, close or keep any thread for ANY necessary reason. Also as a final reminder: no site is free of errors and may at times be subject to malicious attacks which are totally out of our control. As a community member you have to understand this everytime you sign up for any board and be conscious about the possible consequences of an attack. Please enjoy your stay with us and have fun!
